The business has sales of over EUR 2 billion and a long tradition as a pioneer in the discovery of new products, new formulations and attractive applications for all industry segments. 现我们的客户在中国的总部上海为满足其发展的需要，急需招聘1名“Premix Executive”，具体要求如下： Location: Shanghai Business Group: Nutritional Products Business Segment: Human Nutrition and Health Greater China Reports to: Premix Manager HNH Greater China Key Accountabilities Accomplish and work with QA to analysis and register all possible HNH premix formulations at authorities. Prepare submit documents of premixes according to Authorities’ requests or standard to register in a constructive methods to security and support premix business growth in Greater China. Collaborate with first line force and collect ideas from customers to generate new product concepts. Pre-check new formulation application's compliance and potential demands with regulation and arrange new registrations as agreed upon with superior. Proposal of new product concepts to internal stake holders. Recommend appropriate types of product and service, including detailed preparation of trail run or validation, and complete formal documentation. Take partially premix formulation & sampling responsibilities; develop an effective method/tool to evaluating and analyzing customers’ initiatives, come up with productive suggestion based on the past experience and characteristic of premix business. Successful track record of managing samples; work out standard procedure to evaluating opportunities with samples. Monitor toll manufacturing and 3rd parties’ materials for HNH, such as 3rd party spray drying materials and Mix-me. Cooperate with internal departments (Technical, Operations & QA, etc.) to standardize processing and resolve customer quality issues and relieve conflicts as requested. Premix technology development, including processing optimization, new processing development. Assist marketing/ sales forces to present our technical solutions to customers as requested. Participate in premix funnel projects as requested. To acknowledge and strictly follow SHE policy in all activities.
