[交流] How to make a good resume?

It is a season for job hunting again for students. During this, a CV or a resume is necessary. For each job potential, there will be many students running for it. So, a resume is very impornt. In the shortest time, you impress the empolyer. And you get the chance for further interview.

So, it is very important to make a good resume. My opinions include,

1. Be brief. Tell your conditions in a very short, concise way. Do not include too many pages in your resume. If the interviewer needs more documents, give them more. Do not give the supporting documents to every interviewer you meet.

2. Do not make any mistake in your resume, such as wrong characters, wrong spelling, or even wrong name of a school.

3. Be practical. Do not exaggerate anything about yourself, such as your shortcomings or your advantages. Tell as it is.

4. A photo of yourself may help. I think a photo with more background things, such as the building of your university or stream,  is better than only the image of your head, the former will tell more than the latter.

5. Ask your friends read your resume first, so they can find mistakes or give your advices to make your resume better.

3. Be practical. Write down the award and experience which is match with the condition of this job.Don't put all things into the resume.

In my opinion, a photo is not nessasery.

If the image is better than you looks like, they may feel disappoint in the interview; look worse then why you put it in? So I guess it's better not to let them know your appearance until the face to face talk.

As @winter_north mentioned, the resume should be brief and practical, so any information in the resume is important and make sure you could explain all of them in both chinese and english. Who knows what question they will asked?

Since each opportunity is a gift,  it's not too much to prepared it.

the resume is not necessary to be too overall, you just need to show interviewers the ability they need,

I think a good resume should include the post which you apply in detail.do not  use the same resume to apply all of the job.and when you desctibe yourself,use more number to prove your achievement.
