[求助] 职位申请要求-----菜鸟求助

菜鸟找坑中，发现一博后职位除了要CV，Cover letter及publication list之外，还有如下要求：

In addition, the applicant shall provide a description of his scientific production in which she / he points to the work that is most significant in relation to the advertised position, and therefore should be central to the evaluation. Also described the other working brief to show the breadth of production. The descriptions should be enclosed with the application.

请教各位大牛，这段要求的意思是让写研究计划？还是未来工作的成果和目标呢？还是另有所指？
