materials letters 审稿意见大家帮忙看一下啊，谢谢

以下为昨天刚收到的materials letters 审稿意见，小虫是第一次发文章，有很多问题不明白啊。 Dear Prof. Dr. zhang, The reviewer(s) and editor have evaluated your manuscript "Blue and Green Photoluminescence Graphene Quantum Dots Synthesized from Carbon Fibers" (Prof. Dr. yafei zhang). As you will see from the comments below and on http://ees.elsevier.com/mlblue/, moderate revision has been requested. Given that the requested revisions are moderate the new version is required within one month (30 days). To submit a revision, go to http://ees.elsevier.com/mlblue/ and log in as an Author. You will find your submission record under Submission(s) Needing Revision. Please note that resubmissions not received within 30 days may be withdrawn, unless you contact me to extend the deadline. With your resubmission, explain how and where each point of the reviewer's comments has been incorporated. For this, use submission item "Revision Notes" when uploading your revision. Please make a final check of the English.是否只有与这一段才是真正针对我的论文的修改意见，其中make a final check of the English是否让我最终检查一下英文，并不是英语不好，不用改太多呢？ |
