我一开始也很关心这个问题，后来那边的老板回信：The usual standard in the scientific literature is to put your home institution as first and visiting institutions as second. You put the visiting institutions as second if you received some support from them. Otherwise, you just say "thanks" to that institutions for space and hospitality in the acknowledgment.感觉这个老板很nice，所以同意去他那了。
