请各位帮帮忙啊,先谢谢大家了~~~~~~~~~~~~ 反应釜是化学工业中广泛采用的反应器之一，它可用来进行液液均相反应，也可用于非均相反应，如非均相液相、液固相、气液相、气液固相等，普遍应用于石油化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药等工业，用来完成磺化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程，以及用作有机染料和中间体等许多工艺过程的反应设备。 本设计主要针对反应釜的的制造工艺和焊接工艺，其中包括焊接结构的设计、焊接工艺的制备以及工装夹具的选择等。釜体上的主要焊缝采用埋弧焊，其余焊缝均用手工电弧焊。 关键词：反应釜；焊接；埋弧焊；手工电弧焊 |

| This article mainly focus on the design of the reactor manufacturing technology and the welding technology,including welding structure design, welding craft preparation as well as the choice for special jig of welding and so on. The Vessel body was main welded using the submerged arc welding, others using the manual arc welding. |

| Reaction Vessel is one of the widely used reactor.It can be used not only for liquid-liquid homogeneous reaction but also for non-homogeneous reactions,such as non-homogeneous liquid, liquid-solid phase ,gas-liquid phase.It is widely used in petrochemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals and other industries to complete sulfonation, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process ,and as reaction equipment in the process of dyes and intermediates. |
