关于Delft面试的咨询

各位前辈，两周前和陶瓷老板skype面试了，刚刚收到老板的邮件，内容如下： Dear XXXXX, I am still very positive about you for the PhD position I have available. However, the TUDelft has an additional screening interview round. For this reason an interviewer (his name is XXXXXXX) is visiting China in the beginning of November taking interviews of possible candidates for PhD positions at the TUDelft. Would you be willing to take this interview (I believe it will be on 9 or 10 November)? XXXXX will contact you soon to make an appointment for this. 请问大家了解这种screening interbiew吗？有参加过的吗？面试的内容是什么啊？大家觉得这种情况我获得最终的职位的机会大吗？谢谢诸位前辈！ |

看来去中国不止面试你一个人 A screening interview is a type of job interview that is conducted to determine if the applicant has the qualifications needed to do the job for which the company is hiring. A screening interview is typically the first interview in the hiring process. A screening interview can be conducted over the phone or in-person.
