[交流] MS office 术语--PPT operation in english

Click Slide Show on the Standard toolbar and choose Custom Animation.

Create a new PPT document.

Insert a slide.

Word and PPT operations have a lot in common. The Word part is here:

Word

段落样式Paragraph Styles；字体名称Font Names;；字号Font Size;；字体颜色Font Color；加粗Bold ；倾斜Italic；下划线Underline；左对齐 Align Left；居中对齐Center；右对齐 Align Right;；项目符号Bullets;；编号列表Numbered List；减少缩进量Decrease Indent；增加缩进量Increase Indent；查找替换Find and Replace ; 超链接hyperlinks,.

首先，新建一个word文档。
First of all, create a word document.
如果可以的话，加大文本字体的大小, 然后改变字体。
Layout with a decreased font size。
减小字体大小后的布局。
Increase the text size if you can，and change the fonts.
在段落里面插入图片（表格）,然后拼写检查。
Insert photography into the paragraph (table), then check spelling.
正文和标题的字体应该不一样。
The fonts of text and title should be different.
选择你的对齐方式，左对齐或者是两端对齐。
Choose your alignment: left (right) aligned, or justified on both sides.
“查找替换”窗口包含一个带有两个下拉列表的工具栏，一个用于查找操作，一个用于替换操作。
Find and Replace window contains a toolbar with two drop-downs, one for find operations and one for replace operations。
在此过程中，其他子目录名均显示为一个超链接；如果单击它们，您将进入到该子目录，查看其中包含的文件。
Along the way, other subdirectory names appear as hyperlinks; if you click them, you will go down into that subdirectory to explore the files contained therein.
将文件输出为相应的格式。
Output the document into an output file in the specified format.
