[交流] what should i do ?

my english is very poor,especially my spoken english,how can i improve it?and i am a very shy girl ,don't have the courage to talk with a foreigner thought want to make good friend with them.

I think that you should write a short of thesis about everything which you are interest in on network .when you have a confident in your english ,because of being shy you can use a lot of software which pracise your ore english .On the network nobody know who are you,you can espress your idea no matter what you say is right or wrong .
