Not a new image, but one that is very special & memorable to me. Taken on my very first & snowy Xmas in Ireland (snow in Ireland was very rare, so it was a big deal!). I woke up in the morning & saw the whole ground was covered with snow. I grabbed my camera & treasured the moment by walking for miles & miles. This particular image was taken in The Curragh in Co. Kildare during sunrise.  |

We have not seen the pricture taken by you, please. In the snowy winter of my hometown, a mountainous village, I used to scamper up to the top of the hills, to see the panorama of the whole village, comprised of terraces, bamboos, weeds, redwoods and houses. Occasionally, some birds would fly from the inner mountains to the bushes in the fields, making some noises between the silent sky and earth. What happened then? I had gotten chiblains on my face, but not too seriously.  |
