2013 Conference on Image Processing (CIP2013)LL www.engii.org/cip2013/ is organized by the Engineering Information Institute. Based on your expertise and notable achievements in the image processing related researches, we cordially invite you to attend and submit papers.(If you want to present your research results but do NOT wish to publish a paper, you may simply submit an Abstract to our Paper Submission System). It is estimated that 100 participants from more than 15 countries will attend this meeting. This conference will cover issues on: • Image Coding • Image Filtering and Enhancement • Image Segmentation and Understanding • Image Representation and Modeling • Feature Extraction and Analysis • Image Storage and Retrieval • Image Authentication and Watermarking • DSP/FPGA Implementations • Applications About Hainan Island Hainan Island is one of the best destinations for tour and vacation in China. The beautiful scenery and warm climate of this tropical coastal city has attracted people from all around the world, and it has become a center of exhibitions and conferences. No-Visa policy is available for 26 countries and Visa on Arrival (VOA) is available for the countries which have foreign relations or official trades with China.
