[交流] What kinds of food do you like best and least?

In a nutshell, I dislike the garlic, all kinds of onions and ginger which I think have really weird tastes. And tomatos are also gross for me. But I do not have preference to any certain cuisine. I'm into Chinese, Italian,Japanese,Korean and French cuisine and so on. Particularly, I could not resist the temportation from the western style desserts and ice creams which are soooooooo delicious and amazing.
What kinds of food do you like best and least? Would you mind sharing with folks?

Snake soups?? wow, it sounds so cool. I'v never heard about it and I cannot imagine the taste.

You should try. It's real good.

The GuangDong snake soup is prepared in this way...
Unskin the snake, organs removed and boil in hot water for about 1 hour, remove all bones with a metal picker and this is important because snake bone has an arrow head and if swallowed it will pin through your throat and hard to withdraw. Soup water reserved.
Chicken meat, pork meat, mushroom slices are mixed and preserved with soya bean sauce, white wine, peanut oil and white pepper powder for 30 minutes in advance
The above ingredients are mixed to the snake meat and soup, cook with soft fire for another hour to complete.

O, I like eating vegetables. I think lots of the vegetables are not only very good to our health but also very easy to cook.
But not all the vegetables I like! But I think the tomato, eggplant, mushroom, cucumber and so on.

Is there anyone have the same tastes with me?
