The adsorption properties of treated PAL samples toward MB were investigated. The experimental conditions were 0.025 g of grinded PAL sample mixed with 50 mL of 500 mg/L MB solution (pH=7.0) in 100 mL flask, and shaken on a thermostatic shaker (THZ–98) with a constant speed of 120 rpm at 30 °C for 660 min to reach the adsorption equilibrium. The residual concentration of MB solution after adsorption was measured with a Specord 200 UV/visible spectrophotometer (Germany) by monitoring the absorbance at a wavelength of maximum absorbance (670 nm). |

处理过的PAL样品对MB溶液的吸附性能已测试。实验条件：将研磨后的PAL样品0.025g与50ml,500mg/L的MB溶液（PH=7.0）混合加入长颈瓶中，并在恒温振荡器（THZ-98）中恒温30°C，转速120rmp条件下振荡660分钟以达到吸附平衡。Specord 200紫外/可见分光光度计（德国）测量MB在其最大波长（670nm）处的吸收，进而确定吸附后残余的MB溶液浓度。 附：PAL：L-苯丙氨酸解氨酶 MB：3,3,5,5-四甲基联苯胺溶液 仅供参考 |
