[交流] getting colder these days

the leaves on trees are falling these days and the temperature is getting down day by day，there are less people doing exercise in the park，only some elder men and women walk in the park everyday,i guess the younger prefer playing computer at home....and i again start to run in the park，although it is a little dark，it is bright in my heart，and besides,we all need keep healthy，and keep away from illness,and doing body exercise is the best way...

so long no post,i do not know what i write,just express my idea,and now i am going to run to enjoy the fresh air in the park,see u tomorrow,friends~~~

Now the late autumn is coming, It is getting cooler in the morning and evening. What a good weather! it is suitable to exercise and stay in bed. theerfore
someone like to have sports outside, someone like to share a longer sleep.In my view, life lies in movement, adequete motion can build your body, such as quick walk, running , dancing, climbing up a hill, practicing sword,shadowboxing, etc. Health is life's theme, Health can bring happiness, but perhaps money does not always make you healthy.
