You'd better find out what is the reason underbeneath of your transfer. If such transfer is out of your expectation and not discussed with you before hand. No matter it is a good reason or bad reason, you can improve base on that. Case 1, your leader does not feel good but cannot fire you, so the best way to get rid of you is to x'fer you to another department out of his sight Case 2, your ability is highly recommended by leader of other department so he asked for you to be released and x'fer to his department But in both cases, your leader will interview you in advance and tell you about the change to ease you. |
