可以参考这篇文献 “Inhibition of Peroxidase-Catalyzed Oxidation of Aromatic Amines by Substituted Phenols” 文献原文Peroxidase-catalyzed TMB oxidation reactions (whether in the presence or in the absence of the inhibitors) were followed for 1–2 min; absorption was recorded at 655 nm (D655), corresponding to maximum absorption of the product of TMB oxidation. The initial rates of the process were calculated using the molar absorption coefficient of the reaction product  (ε 655nm = 39000 /(M*cm)  |
