[交流] What if I want to get a job without related experience in this field?

I'm keen to quit my current job and I think I probably know what I want to do. But the question is how I can obtain my possibly interested job without any experience or training. I started with my first job just about 3 month ago, so I'm just wondering whether I am likely to get a job which is related to my major in graduate school but I may never have experience about. Do you think I could still be considered as a fresh graduate in job market? Will it increase the possibility if someone in the comany could recommend me?

So,did you graduate in July 2012 as well? What's your plan? Do you have some ideas about looking for another job?

No，It was 2011 when I graduated ,I just decide to  have a change ,I am looking for ……

Well, I see. So, how are you looking for the new job? through what ways?
Campus recruitment? Social recruitment? or Recommendation?

BTW, are you looking for a job which is related to your first job or in the same field as your first job?
