What if I want to get a job without related experience in this field?

| I'm keen to quit my current job and I think I probably know what I want to do. But the question is how I can obtain my possibly interested job without any experience or training. I started with my first job just about 3 month ago, so I'm just wondering whether I am likely to get a job which is related to my major in graduate school but I may never have experience about. Do you think I could still be considered as a fresh graduate in job market? Will it increase the possibility if someone in the comany could recommend me? |
