11. Satellite storerooms are managed within the primary parts warehouse system. “squirrel” stores in work area and maintenance shops are not permitted The biggest benefit of satellite stores is the reduction of times spent in locating and obtaining parts from a centralized storeroom. Satellite stores should be used to stock only frequently used 12.All storeroom areas are clean and well organized with parts and their locations clearly identified. Storerooms should be well organized. Parts and locations should be readily accessible and “housekeeping” in all areas maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance. There should be no parts, including repair items, stored in “unofficial” locations that are not properly designed for storage. Redundant and scrap parts should be removed from the storeroom immediately |

11.在仓库系统的主要区域，采用卫星式的存储方式进行管理。在工作区域和维护区域式不允许进行“松鼠式”存储。 卫星存储仓库的最大好处在于减少了在中心仓库中安放和拿取零部件的时间。卫星式仓库应该主要用来存储经常要用到的零部件。 12.所有存储区域中的零部件要干净、摆放有序，并且它们的安放位置要明确。 卫星仓库应该被很好的组织起来。零部件和摆放区域应该是合宜的，而且所有区域的“家政式”服务对于清洁度和外观要保持高标准。 卫星仓库区域内应该没有其他的功能区，包括修理区和非正式安放区在内的设计都是不合理的。多余的和琐碎的零部件应该及时的从这个仓库中移出。 |
