Workplaces and equipment should be conspicuously clean and tidy, free of clutter, and well organized (based on site tour) Good visual management requires simple work places so that problems and difficulties are quickly apparent. This can be achieved by only holding items close to the workplace that will be needed on a frequent basis. All items that are required to be kept in the workplace should have marked and designated storage areas, such as shadow boards. 6. All process and packaging materials are readily accessible to production operators Workplace must be designed so that travel time and delays to operators are minimized. Planning should ensure material is available when required and temporary storage locations should be at, or near ,the point of use. |

3.所有的车间和设备都应该干净有条理，车间地板上只有必要的零件和材料放置在清晰定义和标志的位置。 车间和设备应该非常的干净和整洁，不杂乱，组织有序。 好的可视化管理需要简洁的车间这样才能使问题和困难很快的被发现。这个只有通过将频繁使用的物品放置在离车间近的地方才能实现。 车间里的所有物品都应该有一个被标志的指定存储位置，例如投影工具版 6.所有的加工和包装材料应放置在离工作人员近的地方。 车间必须设计的使工作人员的行程时间和延迟降低到最小。规划应该保证材料在被需要的时候应该是可得到的，临时的存储地点应该在或者是接近其被使用的地方。 |
