最近做一个体系的零点能修正(以前没算过声子),INCAR如下: SYSTEM=LiAlH4 ENCUT=780 ISTART=0;ICHARG=2 ISMEAR=-5 IBRION=5 NSW=1 POTIM=0.01 PREC=Accurate LREAL=.FALSE. 该体系有24个原子,输入命令grep 'cm-1' OUTCAR后出现的结果是 1 f = 55.858050 THz 我没做过这个东西,但是以对物理的理解,这里的频率对应的显然是简正模式。 所以要找的应该是所谓虚频对应的简正模式的振动方式,要找出作怪的一两个原子可不容易。 除非有什么能显示振动的软件了,然后靠物理直觉看看哪块是不稳定的。 |

稍微改一下就行,因为你上次优化没有收敛到稳定结构,只是差那么一点点,所以可以尝试少改变一下,然后再优化.... 这个并没有什么具体规定,自己尝试着做一下吧... 或者还可以改变一下优化方法....提高一下收敛精度等 有些东西需要自己尝试、总结的.... |
