Storeroom security procedures must minimize the risk of unauthorized or uncontrolled issue or access to parts. At the same time, access restrictions should not create significant problems in work execution. Where 24hour staffing of the storeroom is not economic, a key card system is normally the preferred option. Evidence of a card reader or similar device may not necessarily demonstrate that sufficient storeroom security is maintained. Uncontrolled issue or access to parts can still occur under such conditions. Review procedure, such as cycle counts .etc, in conjunction with the limited access procedures should help establish confidence that the overall approach is effective. The Parts management process should specify the measures(KPIs) that will be used to drive process performance, such as service level, inventory turns by class, idle inventory value, cycle-count deviations by class ,etc |

库房安全程序必须最大限度地减少未经授权、不受控制或进入备品库所引发的问题。与此同时，进入库房的限制不会在工作的执行中引起明显的问题。库房中实行24小时的值班制度并不经济可行，钥匙卡系统将会是一个不错的选择。但钥匙卡阅读器或者类似装置的应用表明：库房的绝对安全是不能被保证的。在安装有钥匙卡系统的前提下，不受控制和进入备品库的问题依然存在。诸如循环计数及有限准入程序应该有助于人们树立“总的方法还是有效”的信心。 备品库的管理程序应采取具体的措施，这些措施能够提高管理程序的表现，诸如服务水平、库存周转率、闲置的存货价值以及循环计数偏差等等。 注：本人对 文中“part”不太理解，不妥之处望谅解。 |
