7. There is a process in place that ensures that all activities carried out by operators are completed correctly and on-time. The OAC program has defined tasks to be completed by the members of operating teams. Just as for maintenance tasks carried out, there needs to be 100% compliance in the execution of these tasks. This includes activities such as daily checks and cleaning activities. A measure of compliance with operator maintenance tasks should be in place and available for the assessment team. |
