4. There are specified equipment cleaning, lubrication & inspection standards and defined work methods available and used consistently by operators. High standards of equipment cleanliness should be maintained at times and should include the “hidden” areas of machines. It is desirable to make the inside of the machines visible by using transparent covers. The desired standard should be clearly established and communicated to operators through the use of visual displays; this can include the identification and coding of lubrication and inspection points. A formal work place audit, which verifies adherence to the above, should be in place |

| 有指定设备的清洁、润滑、检测标准及明确的工作方法并且操作员一贯地使用这些。应该一直维持设备清洁的高标准，这些高标准应该包括机器不显眼部位的清洁。用透明罩罩住机器是再好不过的了。应该清楚的建立所期望的标准，并将这些标准通过显示屏传达给操作者，这可能包括润滑及检测点的识别和编码。一个正式的工作员在实际操作中需要遵守以上所述。 |
