[求助] 一段话,帮忙翻译成英语,非常感谢!

结合标准算法可知,a和b分别作为收敛于局部最优和全局最优的两个加速因子,不仅会影响算法的收敛速度,同时,也可能会影响“早熟”现象的发生,我们知道在其作用过程中如果初期对局部有较大的收敛速度,对全局有较小的收敛速度,在末期对局部有较小的收敛速度,对全局有较大的收敛速度,且整体收敛速度递减,则能够有效避免“早熟”情况的发生。
  依据粒子与最优位置的接近程度,判定粒子所处时期,初期粒子与最优位置相距较远,末期粒子与最优位置相距较近,我们可使用误差函数确定粒子与全局最优位置的接近程度,依据接近程度选择相应的加速因子,粒子越接近,其加速因子应越小。
