准备发个新种，但我不是很明白这个回信是什么意思，请老师们帮忙？

这是审稿专家的回信： Dr. XXX: Please, also write out the abbreviations of the collections because they are not registered in the international Index Herbarium. CL is the collection acronym in Romania and not in China. It is important to distinguish clearly between the living culture (that can be an ex-type) and the dried specimen (that can be a holotype). You could write this information in full in the materials and methods and then need not to change the type information except for you cannot give two collections for the holotype, because then the name will automatically be invalid, which would be a pity for the new discovery! Shaun Pennycock surely will have a critical look on the nomenclature in order to avoid an invalid publication.
