急，不知怎么回复外导，求访友相助！

联系外导，对方很快已发邀请函。刚来信让我办以下事宜： 1. Please fill out page 1 of the DS2019 form, please sign and date page 3. The form can be found here: …. 2. I will need Document Certification with your name, signature and date. 3. I will need a copy of your passport identity page (the page with the photograph). 4. Please submit a Financial Certification Letter to me. This letter must be issued on institutional letterhead, in English, in U.S. dollars, must include the scholar's name, a signature and date. The letter can not be more than 6 months old upon ISSS receipt. A copy of the letter will suffice to issue the DS2019, but you must submit the original letter at their Mandatory Orientation. Bank statements and paychecks will not be accepted. If a salary range is given, ISSS will calculate the lowest guaranteed amount. 5.In addition to the above items, you might need to know that you must show a minimum of $1800 per month of funding for your stay. You can submit multiple financial support letters from different sources to add up to $1800. 我已和外导说过明年夏天（7、8月份）才去做访学，外导邀请函也已经同意了。我不知道现在办理上面这些手续是不是早点？因为我是自己高校资助出去，正式批文还没下来。 1）现在办理D2019表和护照是不是早了些，这些不是还有时效性吗？ 2）第2点应该是单位要出具证明吧？ 3）第4和5点中经济收入等证明具体怎么办理，哪个银行好些？ 有无相应的模版发给我一下，ryzhang20022004@126.com, 谢谢！ 4）如果要是推迟办理这些事宜，我该怎么委婉的回复外导呢？ |

1)护照和2019可以完全分开办理。护照是我朝（敏感词？）发的，2019是米国发的。建议护照可以立即办理，有些文件需要护照号码。2019是有有效期的，即表格上“开始日期”前后一个月，可以合法进入米国。 2)指的是？和单位没什么关系吧？ 3)拿到正式批文再说。 4)就说要拿到正式批文才能办理。请老外少安毋躁。楼主貌似进度太快了，有些文件你现在拿不出来的。老外可能也是怕行政效率低，不能及时给你办理。 |

没错，先办护照再说。 等你的批件下来了，给老外一份扫描件。 然后开始办理DS2019表，这个还需要你给他们提供一些你的基本信息。 如果你的资助不够数，还需还一份银行存款证明。 等拿到老外给你寄来的DS2019原件就可以预约签证了（大约在你预计去美国的时间前两个月左右即可）。 祝楼主一切顺利！ |
