Acceleration sensor was used to measure the acceleration of vibration wheel and get the compaction parameter of compacted materials. Dynamic control model of roller was created to analyze the compaction and working parameters of roller, and two control strategies (fuzzy control strategy and adaptive control strategy) were compared. The result on prototype proved that the fuzzy control strategy was the optimized control strategy.
