我晕，有那位老师遇到这样的情况，不让退稿？？

之前发过一个文章给Journal of Chromatography & Separation Techniques，后面接收了，但是费用很高，1130美元（约1WRMB了），并且不是sci，（小木虫求助得知，非常感谢），于是我写了退稿信，大概意思就是不是sci，并且费用很高。并且发了2次。。。。结果2次回复都是一个意思：（并且在不断催款。。。） Dear Dr. , Thanks for your contribution towards Journal of Chromatography & Separation Techniques.
