我晕，有那位老师遇到这样的情况，不让退稿？？

之前发过一个文章给Journal of Chromatography & Separation Techniques，后面接收了，但是费用很高，1130美元（约1WRMB了），并且不是sci，（小木虫求助得知，非常感谢），于是我写了退稿信，大概意思就是不是sci，并且费用很高。并且发了2次。。。。结果2次回复都是一个意思：（并且在不断催款。。。） Dear Dr. , Thanks for your contribution towards Journal of Chromatography & Separation Techniques. Thank you so much for your mail regarding Publication Fee, we sincerely want to inform you that we are a non funded organization which does not receive any funding from any external source and solely depends on the contribution of the gracious authors like you. You are requested to pay the Publication Fee ASAP to support the Open Access Publication.
