不能用自己的存款补充不足的部分吗？

Below is the link that contains all pertaining information and forms needed for the visitor. Please note, he only needs to complete the DS 2019 as a rough draft, ask him to please complete only his personal information: address, date of birth, email address, etc…, additionally, he needs to include the dependents if he’s planning to bring any with him. Also, kindly ask him to review the Health Insurance requirement, as it’s needed with the initial paperwork. The health insurance premium is quite costly, $112/mth and $368/mth for spouse; therefore, the premium must be paid with the initial paperwork, so he either sends a check or you cover this expense and he would reimburse you when he arrives. He can choose to purchase his own policy from his home country, however the policy must meet the RU requirements. Information on HI requirements is found in the link below as well. He will also be responsible for RU SEVIS administration fee of $20/mth. As I mentioned the funding for Visiting Scholars must be at least 30K/annually to cover living expenses and 19K for Visiting Students, as it cannot be from personal funds; the visitor should be sponsored by some organization. 这是老板所在系的秘书发给我的，我每年的资助金额是14万人民币（21000美元），但对方学校对于“visiting scholars”是每年30000美元，“as it cannot be from personal funds”这句话又好像说不能用自己的存款证明。到底怎么回事啊，请各位虫友帮忙啊。 |
