不能用自己的存款补充不足的部分吗？

Below is the link that contains all pertaining information and forms needed for the visitor. Please note, he only needs to complete the DS 2019 as a rough draft, ask him to please complete only his personal information: address, date of birth, email address, etc…, additionally, he needs to include the dependents if he’s planning to bring any with him. He will also be responsible for RU SEVIS administration fee of $20/mth.
