Using cell-SELEX, whole living cells can be used as targets for the selection of aptamers for specific cell recognition. One special feature of cell-SELEX is its ability to isolate aptamers against cancer cells without prior knowledge of the number or types of proteins on the cellular surface. With this advantage, it is possible to obtain aptamers which only bind to a specific type of cancer cells, not normal cells or other types of cancer cells. 希望对大家有帮助 |
