[求助] 关于给IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS投稿的问题，急急急！

最近写一篇关于图像融合的文章，想投到IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS
但是在填写完投稿向导后，出现了问题，该刊的编辑给我回信让我修改以下内容，[XX] Submitting author neglected to properly submit the manuscript to the ScholarOne system as outlined in our Information for Authors and in the Author Center where you submitted your work to us.

[XX] You must provide a specific EDICS code (i.e. IMD-CODE), as the key word you've provided {IMD} is too general for the EIC to make an accurate managing AE selection/assignment. Kindly use this link to select your EDICS categories -> http://www.signalprocessingsocie ... ters/letters-edics/

[XX] The required DOUBLE-COLUMN, single-spaced (2-column) PDF version of 4 pages or less, using a font size of 10 points or larger, having a margin of at least 1 inch on all sides, is over length at 8 pages and must be reduced to 4 pages or less. This 4-page limit may not exceed 4 double-column single-spaced pages, including title; names of authors and their complete contact information; abstract; text; all images, figures and tables, appendices and proofs; and all references - overlapping text and/or figures is prohibited. There will be no exceptions per the EIC in regard to the 4 page max page limitation and paying over length page charges is not an option for a Letters submission per the EIC.

[XX] You will find this paper SPL-12072-2012 in your Author Center so you can add your file(s), then submit the paper again. This will give you the opportunity to access your paper and simply add/upload/replace your manuscript and reference file(s).

[XX] Please do NOT create a duplicate submission under a new paper #, as you will remedy this submission SPL-12072-2012 and send it back to the system.
