Title: Lead Resin & Chemical Engineer Description： Develop new application of PA6 in fiber, film or engineering plastic. • Conduct new product development by working with global team. • Resolve customer issues and complaints together with business team. • Provide technical service for PA6 application is AP. • Track the newest technology from both industries and academia. • Provide direction and coach for technicians. • Drive new ideation and invention disclosures. • Ability to travel when required Qualification： PhD or Experienced master (>5 years related field experience) in chemistry, polymer science/engineering, material science/engineering or related background. • Advanced fundamental knowledge in chemistry, polymer/material science and technology. • Solid skills in project management and prioritization. • In-depth knowledge on development process, material characterization/test.
