成都的J1+2J2，9.4号签证的，一过21天就给美国和成都使馆发邮件，成都使馆很快回复。结果今天美国使馆也回复了，感觉很快，很人性化，而且还帮我查询了签证办理记录。 Thank you for contacting the Student/Exchange Visitor Visa Center.
