[交流] Study abroad? Immigration?

I feel frustrated about my status quo, including the dead-end job with terrible pay and desperate prospect as well as the awful social circumstance. I urgently want to make a change and refresh myself. I'm planning to study abroad and even immigrate overseas, though I still have concerns about tons of stuff.
I lose my way..............

Perhaps migrating into other countries should be considered your last choice.

Chinese are regarded as yellow faces in foreigners mind.
We work double and we got less pay.
In 1987, I joined a US company, and I saw a Chinese guy he got green card already for few years and speak excellent English, he worked very hard and many acheivements, but at the point there was a promotion, a black guy got it instead.
Total discrimination!!
When there is white guy and black guy, the black is rejected.
When there is yellow faces add to the group, the yellow face is rejected.

Well, I heard about the possible discrimination, and I thought it might be better than before. Perhaps it's still a severe problem now, that's why I fear I cannot adapt to the local society. Anyway, thanks for your advice.

I agree. I did something that really made a difference to my life. I believe I'll keep doing that until I find the most suitable way. Good luck to us.
