发了research proposal之后，老板的回信让人看不懂了，求教

套了一个丹麦的老板，第一次回信还觉得有点积极，说：Thank you for your email. I am glad that you are interested in joining CBS. Your academic and research background is interesting, and ... CBS and I would be interested in having you as a PhD candidate. 然后他说research proposal很重要，刚好我写出来了一个，就发给他了，希望得到指导建议什么的，回信就变成这样了： Thank you. I do not know when we will issue the next PhD scholarship that is relevant to you. I suggest that you keep a constant lookout for announcements in the CBS website. In the mean time, you should concentrate on your Master degree. Without good results in your Master degree studies, it would be difficult to qualify for a PhD scholarship anywhere in the world. 对我的research proposal只字不提啊，只说要关注硕士的学习研究，这是什么意思啊？是我的research proposal完全不入流还是怎么的？ |
