[½»Á÷] If you angry, what would you do?

Life is beautiful eveyday, but sometimes is cloudy! So as the people I think!
You manybe happy or angry, bright  or depressed. etc.
There maybe lots of ways to express your emotion, but when you feeled very angry, what would you?  
Weeping alone in the corner? Go shopping? Highly sing in in the KTV? Playing games? Ring off your phone and go around?
Eating much of  things which you like very much?
Go to a place where anyone cant find you?
Anyway if it can make you quiet, its will be good I think.
But which way is the best for you?
Could you please sharing your ways to us?

For me, go shopping and eat sth good is the best way to relaxation!

I agree with u. If it's caused by others, be tolerant and never bother to punish yourself; if by yourself, you can reflect and do better next time. Many things can be changed with your decision and efforts.
But for me, when I get angry, I will quiet down, watch a film, read a book or walk outside. Sometimes I will just talk and talk with my best friends.
