ÓлúºÏ³É·½ÏòµÄ 1Ãû Responsibilities: - Development for new products and new processes from Lab to plant scale. - Improving existing processes for cost reduction. - Coordinate with the other departments to implement new product transfer procedure. - Track plant process performance, assist production department to resolve the process problems efficiently. - Draft and update standard operating procedures for production use. - Responsible for the processes training of technician. - Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and Maintain lab equipment¡¯s good performance. - Implementing temporary tasks and other works from Technical Manager. Qualifications: - Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry, chemical engineering. Preferably Post Doc or equivalent experience in (pharmaceutical or chemical) industry; - The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities. - Strong lab working skills in synthetic organic chemistry or strong traditional chemical engineering calculation and equipment design skills or strong chemical process design and scale up skills. - Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. - Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills. - With good organizational and planning skills. - Strong Team player. - Good English communication skill is a plus. - Knowledge or experience in fragrance product and technology is a plus. - Experience in project management is a plus.
