Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for leading R&D team member to handle the reaction foaming equipment production line design
2) Communicate with German to handle the technical problems, achieve Germany technology and product localization
3) Provide technical assistance to production or related departments
4) Responsible for daily management and provide guidance to team members
5) Other works assigned by the direct manager

Requirements:
1) Familiar with mechanical designing principle, machining techniques and engineering mechanics
2) Rich knowledge in foaming or conveying equipment industry, reaction foaming industry working experience will have the priority
3) Skilled in AutoCAD and Pro/E, can use SAP
4) Excellent innovation ability and rich R&D project management ability
5) Excellent management, organization, coordination and execution skills
6) Excellent communication skills in English
