Rachel Eldon is a singer/songwriter, pianist and self-taught guitarist who, writes and sings from the heart.

With a soothing voice and penchant for writing strong pop ballads, Rachel is bursting onto the international music scene with a truly fresh and unique sound.

Rachel's songs reflect the common feelings and emotions most teenagers cope with whilst growing up, be that relationships, loving, losing, learning as well as discovering the big wide world. Her songs are strongly influenced by the writing styles of Aussie songstresses Missy Higgins and Delta Goodrem.

Rachel has just released her first EP entitled "Wake Me" which is available to buy and download on iTunes Worldwide and on www.racheleldon.com . This six track EP showcases not only her beautiful voice but her undeniable talent in songwriting and co-producing.

In July 2011, Rachel was selected to represent Australia and sing at the World Championships of Performing Arts held in Los Angeles. She definitely caught the eye of many industry professionals attending the event as adjudicators resulting in Rachel bringing home three medals.

During the past three years, Rachel has been performing in and around Sydney at many singer/songwriter showcases as well as performing a mix of original and cover songs at restaurants, pubs, cafes and wedding receptions. The locations of these performances range from Western Sydney to the inner city of Sydney as well. You can keep notified of Rachel's gigs on her webpage and Facebook fan page.
