Sorry I cannot be more responsive at this time. I departed on a combined vacation/conference trip the day your email arrived and this is the first chance I've had to check email. With about 20 urgent matters piled up in front of me and no time to look into any of them properly for a few days I'll have to get back to you in a week or so.
