帮忙翻译以下摘要： 细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（cytokine-induced killer cells, CIK）以其在抗肿瘤过续免疫治疗的显著疗效而备受关注。鼻咽癌（nasopharygeal carcinoma,NPC) 是我国南方较常见的恶性肿瘤之一，因其大部分患者确诊时已是晚期，5年生存率较低，如何延长晚期鼻咽癌患者的生存率和提高生活质量，是目前鼻咽癌研究的焦点。本文旨在综述CIK细胞及其在鼻咽癌治疗中的研究进展。对鼻咽癌的CIK细胞治疗作出讨论。 非常谢谢！ |
