The preparation of xylose has been studied widely in the last decade. The studies of preparation of half fiber xylose using common acidolysis is usually fous on acidolysis efficiency, total xylose and reducing sugar , etc. These studies can not present a specific method about the process and real percent coversion of the xylose, although there are some research models of the xylose such as response surface analysis research, they can not give the chear chemical reactive and the kinetic process. So base on the coversion of the xylose, to give the reactive process and the parameters of the kinetics are meaningfull. In this study, we have prepared the xylose use wheat-straw by common acidolysis method, built the kinetic model of the reactive process, given the relationship between reaction rate constant and activation energy, present the equation of the reaction rate, the concetration of the acid and the reaction temperature.
