[交流] How much money will be put in the red packet for wedding?

It must be an exciting news that my classmates will hold their wedding ceremony.
The newlyweds both are my good friends.
They announced the good news in the QQ zone and Renren.
Two days ago, the prospective bridegroom gave me a call to invite me to their wedding.
I was so happy that I forgot to say congratulations.
According to the tradition, the people who will attend the wedding will prepare a red packet that is a kind of red paper containing money. So do I.
Now I am a little stressed because I don’t have much money but I have to spend much on red packets.
I admit the weddings of my friends can also be my burden.
The amount of the money in red packet has been increasing compared with the past years.
And an even-numbered red packet will be desirable, such as two hundred Yuan, six hundred Yuan.
In my hometown, I guess six hundred is needed.
I am over burdened and stress now…. Will you have such trouble?
