[求助] ANSYS FLuent 13 运行出错，试了好多办法都不行

以前安装的ANSYS，好久不用，不能正常运行，重新安装了license还是不行。
运行Fluent出现问题：

第三项没有启动，我的经验是证书管理器必须重新安装。安装之前将C盘的ansys的文件夹都删除了，如果不能完全删除，则需要重启计算机，然后将剩余的东西再删除。
安装的时候，先禁用无线网卡，有线网不要禁用，然后以管理员的方式安装证书管理器。
我是这么解决问题的，如果不行，就再安装几次！
