Laser Physics Letters投稿一个月了，还没消息，正常么？ 已有16人参与

上个月投了一篇文章到Laser Physics Letters，半天后给了文章序号，现在已经一个月了还没有任何消息，这正常么(我去年投过一次，3天就给信了)?要不要发邮件给编辑，是不是忘了？ |
