Resources of lignocellulose from Agriculture and forestry waste like straw in our country is abundant.Thus,It is far significant to use lignocellulose as raw materials to produce alcohol,which can help solve the problems of oil shortage and environmental pollution and to promote the sustainable development in economy and society .In this paper,we researched systematically in some respects,such as pretreatment to the wheat straw,degradation kinetics of the main components,simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of crude fibre and the preparation and characterization of xylo-oligosaccharide and Lignin base activated carbon by using hemicellulose.Considering that
wheat straw is featured by its dense and difficult hydrolytic structure,in this paper we retreated wheat straw by using propionic acid respectively.
