GE Sales data management (e.g. Ex-distributor, In-POV, In-ARM, Birth cohort , Master data mapping and clean up) 2. Distributors’ POV data management (e.g. geographic data, organization char t, TOP POV tracking, Inventory tracking) 3. RPMs working data management (e.g. daily working detail, coaching report, m eeting minutes) 4. GE Report update and ad-hoc data support (weekly report, monthly report) 5. GE Promotion activity and material management (PIM/MOVE application in Arib a/FACE) 6. KOL/Speaker management and application (e.g. review application of speaker) BU Support (Weight 30%) Support to sales team, including: 1. Budget and compliance management. 2. 3rd party data management. 3. Generate regular reports and ad-hoc data support. 4. Administration support 1) Assist to daily requirement (e.g. meeting arrangement) 2) Assist to BU/POA meeting organization (e.g. coordinated with vendor) 3) English oral translate and document wording. Data processing training (Weight 5%) Enhance sales analysis ability of sales force, accelerate working process, inc luding: 1. Trained trainer training on Excel/Access/SQL/VBA, business buy-in. 2. Training to regional sales assistant with business sense. 资格 1. College or equity (English Major is preferred) 2. Positive thinking, passion and ambition. 3. Committed, results-oriented and competitive, cost saving manner is MUST. 4. Data processing experience is preferred. 5. Overseas experienced is preferred. |
