Bio-refinery is a process of producing various chemicals, fuels, and biological matrix materials, using agriculture waste, plant starch, and lignocellulose as raw material. Based on idea of bio-refinery, the paper conducted technology and economic analysis on production process of annually 50000-ton ethanol. The result showed that, in this process, the minimum cost of ethanol is 8155.6 yuan per ton and it can also produce 37500-ton CO2, 215-ton fusel oil, 30000-ton xylo-oligosaccharides, and 18000-ton activated carbon, which can bring 7.5 millions yuan as extra income. The analysis of economics sensitivity demonstrated that cellulase has great effect on cost of process and recycling CO2 as side products can increase the income in large range.

Biorefinery is a process aimed at producing variety of chemicals,fuel and biological materials,which is based on agricultural and forestry waste,plant starches and lignocellulose.The paper is on the base of this idea to analyse the productive technology of fuel ethanol which is produced 50,000 ton per year.It turned out that the minimum cost of this technology is 8155.6yuan/t,and the byproducts are CO2(37,500ton),fusel oil(215ton),Xylooligosaccharides(30,000ton)and activated carbon(18,000ton),which can benefit us about 75,000,000yuan.Economic sensitivity analysis shows that the influence of  cellulase's price on the cost of production is very remarkable,and the recycle of CO2 help increase revenues obviously.
